Broken Arrow Trail
Open, and one of the best-value hikes in Sedona right now. The Forest Service calls it "moderately easy with spectacular views" — 344 feet of gain, about 1.5 miles each way to Chicken Point, roughly 3.5 miles round trip if you add the Submarine Rock spur.
The catch is that you're sharing. This is the famous jeep tour route, and it's heavily used by mountain bikers too. If you want solitude, this isn't it. If you want big scenery without a hard climb, it's excellent.
It sits well south of the fire closure and is unaffected.

Broken Arrow is the route Sedona's jeep tours are famous for, and the Forest Service notes it's heavily used by mountain bikers as well. So expect engine noise, expect to step aside, and don't come here expecting a wilderness experience.
What you get in exchange is genuinely good: slickrock scenery, Twin Buttes, the Submarine Rock formation on a short spur, and Chicken Point at the end — the same saddle reached by Little Horse from the other side.
Watching the jeeps work the rock at Chicken Point is, honestly, part of the entertainment.
On the pass: the Forest Service trail page doesn't mention a Red Rock Pass requirement, which is not the same as saying you don't need one. Most Sedona trailheads do. Carry one — it's $5.
